I am not receiving audio
- what do I do? |

You will need speakers connected to
your computer, please make sure
that they are turned on.

If your speakers have a volume
adjustment button, make sure it
is turned on.

Is the volume turned up on your
desktop speaker control? (The
volume control button is located
on the lower right hand side of
your Windows Task Bar.) If the
volume control button is not
displayed, click on the Show
Hidden Icons arrow. Then the
volume control button should
appear. Click on the button to
display the Volume level and
Mute options. Adjust if
necessary.

What type of internet connection do
you have?
If you have a dial-up connection
the audio will not be consistent
and may not be received at all.

Do you have Microsoft Windows Media
Player installed? You can
download a version of Microsoft
Windows Media Player for Free by

I would like to bid, but
my screen says 'You are
not approved for
bidding' |
You must apply for bidding approval
at least 48 hours prior to the sale.
Once bank information is entered
please allow up to 24 hours to
receive your buyer’s number. An
email will be sent to the email
address on file once approval is
complete.
You must get approval for each
auction. Receiving approval for one
auction does not allow approval for
all future auctions. Approval is
completed by the
sale management
in
charge of each sale. Contact the
sale management if you have questions
concerning approval.

I lost my password. How
can I get it back? |
Click on the link – Forgot
Password on the login
screen, then enter your email
address. Your password will be
sent to your email address.

How does the bidding
process work? |
You will first need to be approved
for bidding.
•
You must be a registered member to
apply for bidding approval.
• If you are a registered member –
Login using your Username and
password
• Click on the auction you would
like to bid at. When the EDJE Cast
Auction screen for that auction
comes up “Click on the “Apply for
Bidding Approval” button. This will
require you enter your bank
information. Once entered your
request will be sent to the Sale
Manger or EDJE Cast Technician to
verify credit. After credit has
been approved you will receive an
email with your buyer’s number.

How do I sign up for
email notifications? |

EDJE Cast
Home Page, you do not
need to register or login to
receive sale email
notifications.
